FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide services outside of Manchester & Kingston?

Yes, we provide multi-sector coverage across all 14 parishes in Jamaica. Travel arrangements can be discussed during booking.

What is a CODA?

CODA stands for Child of Deaf Adults. As a native signer raised in the Deaf community, I bring a deep, inherent understanding of Deaf culture and nuances to every translation.

How far in advance should I book an interpreter?

We recommend booking as early as possible—ideally at least a week in advance—to ensure availability, especially for full-day events or conferences.

Do you offer virtual interpreting?

Absolutely. We provide Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) for online meetings/conferences, telehealth appointments, and any other applicable virtual need.

How do I submit a booking request?

You can use the booking form on this website, call or WhatsApp us at (876) 416-6045, or email phoebecamp6@gmail.com.
